  • Every Print and Original Work is packaged by me with intention and care.
    Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
    You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

  • All international orders are sent using tracked, reliable shipping services.
    Delivery times vary based on your location and your country’s customs processing. Because customs timelines aren’t predictable, your order may arrive quickly or take a little longer than expected — both are normal for international art shipments.

  • Many countries charge VAT, import taxes, or handling fees on incoming artwork. These charges are set by your local government, not by me, and are the responsibility of the customer.

    I always encourage international buyers to check their country’s customs guidelines before ordering.

  • Most Prints and Original Works fall under HS Code 9702.90, which is typically exempt from tariffs.
    However, VAT or postal handling fees may still apply depending on current U.K. regulations.

  • The EU commonly applies VAT and processing fees to imported art.
    If you decline a package due to these charges and it returns to me safely, I’m happy to refund the cost of the artwork itself.
    Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable.

  • Every order includes tracking so you can follow your artwork’s journey. Once your parcel has shipped, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to:

    • Follow the tracking updates

    • Retrieve packages held at local depots

    • Arrange redelivery if needed

    • Ensure the shipping address at checkout is correct

    Unclaimed Parcels

  • Refunds cannot be issued if a package is returned because it wasn’t picked up, delivery attempts were missed, or the address provided was incorrect.

    If a package comes back to me, I can reship it — but the new shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

  • Please double-check your shipping address when you place your order.
    Once an item has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
    I cannot issue refunds or replacements for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • International mail can take unexpected detours — especially through customs. Delays are normal and out of my control.
    A package is considered “lost” only when the carrier officially confirms it.
    I will always help you investigate or file a claim when possible.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 72 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
    I take great care in how everything is packed, but I’ll always work with you to make it right.

    • Refunds are not offered on international orders except in the specific situations listed above.

    • Cancellations are accepted only before your item ships.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
